Chips safety concern

There seems to be a lot of rock breaking this spring at the park and brings about the question of when the starting block to chips will go. The block was epoxied (Sp?) in a couple springs ago and is visibly worse. This block appears to be the king pin to several connected larger blocks above. There are other ways to start w/o this block. Be aware of the situation and inform others, especially the belayers who would be affected most.
